Privacy & your data

If we emailed you and you never gave us your address, it came from public professional records, most often the NPPES National Provider Identifier registry published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and in some cases public state licensing boards or certification directories. These are public records that clinicians provide to federal and state agencies as part of licensure and enrollment.
We contact clinicians because we have open roles that match their credential and license state. We did not buy your information, and we did not take it from social media.
- Professional information from those public records: name, credential, specialty, license state, practice location, and contact details.
- Anything you choose to send us: a CV, your compensation target, your preferences.
- Our correspondence with you.
We do not collect or want any patient information, and we do not knowingly store any protected health information.
We use it to match you to open roles and, only with your explicit permission, to introduce you to a specific employer. We do not sell your information. We do not share your CV or your identity with any employer until you tell us to, naming the employer.
Reply to any message from us with "remove", or write to privacy@joinmetaintro.com, and we will delete your record and add you to our permanent suppression list so you are not contacted again. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you. No explanation required, and there is nothing to click through.
